Eric is currently providing consulting services on Customer Experience strategies and tactics as well as general marketing and product launch coordination, website design, and communication to a variety of clients from various industries including healthcare, energy and real estate/construction.
In December 2009 Eric retired from Continental Airlines, after a distinguished 23 year career. While at Continental, Eric held numerous management positions in Sales, Marketing and Product Development.
As Director of Product Marketing for Continental, Eric was responsible for the comprehensive global suite of onboard products and airport lounge programs. Most notably, Eric led Continental’s Product Marketing efforts in the design, development and introduction of the new BusinessFirst Flat Bed seat, design and implementation of the EliteAccess program, as well as the introduction of the Panasonic eFX and eX2 AVOD IFE systems and the Live TV system with DIRECTV currently being installed across various CO fleet types.
Eric is also partnering with the Turning Point Group, a nationally recognized customer loyalty and retention firm, in support of a retail energy client.
